These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and PKR555 ("PKR555", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and guide platform accessible at pkr555.cam ("Platform").

PKR555 is an English-language informational platform designed for Pakistani users. It provides guides, reviews, bonus explanations, payment-method references and responsible gambling resources relating to online casino and sports-betting platforms. • Identity: You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, automated registrations and accounts operated by artificial intelligence systems are not permitted.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your location.
• Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one PKR555 account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion arrangement with PKR555 or a relevant Operator.

When registering for a PKR555 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party.
• Notify PKR555 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

PKR555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where registration information is found to be inaccurate, misleading or incomplete, or where eligibility criteria are not met. Identity verification may be required at any time and failure to complete verification may result in restricted access.

Subject to full compliance with these Terms, PKR555 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. Specifically, you may:

• Browse Platform guides, reviews and educational content about online casino games, sports betting and responsible gambling.
• Use PKR555 content to inform personal decisions about online gaming platforms, subject always to your independent verification of the relevant Operator's current terms.
• Share links to PKR555 content pages through personal social media or messaging channels, provided such sharing does not misrepresent the Platform or its content.
• Access PKR555 from any device — including mobile devices in cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — provided such access complies with these Terms and applicable local law.

This licence does not include any right to sublicense, resell, mirror, frame or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its Content.

You must not, under any circumstances:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, its servers, databases or related systems.
• Transmit any virus, malware, spyware, Trojan horse or other malicious code through or to the Platform.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract Platform content without prior written authorisation from PKR555.
• Reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or create derivative works from Platform Content for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Impersonate PKR555, its representatives, or any other person or entity in connection with Platform use.
• Interfere with, disable or disrupt the integrity, performance or availability of the Platform.
• Engage in any activity designed to manipulate Platform reviews, ratings or search-engine rankings artificially.
• Register multiple accounts or use another person's account credentials without their consent.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, overburden or impair PKR555's infrastructure or reputation.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination, restriction of access to the Platform and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All Content on the PKR555 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of PKR555 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

The PKR555 name, logo and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are trademarks of PKR555. You are not permitted to use any PKR555 trademark, service mark or trade name without prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Third-party brand names referenced on the Platform — including payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports organisations such as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Pakistan Super League (PSL) — remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to such names on PKR555 is for contextual and informational purposes only. No endorsement, affiliation or partnership is implied or should be inferred.

PKR555 publishes guides and explanatory content relating to bonuses and promotions offered by third-party Operators. The following provisions apply to all such content:

• Informational Only: Bonus descriptions on PKR555 are provided for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute offers, warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, value or terms of any specific promotion.

PKR555 does not endorse, recommend or vouch for any Operator described on the Platform. The inclusion of an Operator's name or details in PKR555 content does not constitute a guarantee of that Operator's trustworthiness, regulatory compliance or financial stability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR555 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities.
• Financial losses arising from gambling activities undertaken based on information found on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, PKR555's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you to PKR555 in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PKR555 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or access to the Platform.
• Your breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation or third-party right.
• Any false, inaccurate or misleading information provided by you during registration or use of the Platform.
• Any claim by a third party arising from your conduct on or through the Platform.

PKR555 reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive control of the defence of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with PKR555's defence of such claim.

PKR555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or fraudulent registration information.
• Conduct that PKR555 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful, abusive or disruptive to the Platform or its users.
• Suspected illegal activity in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility criteria.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations requiring restriction of access.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Indemnification — shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. PKR555 does not represent that the Platform or its Content is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable regulations. PKR555 expressly disclaims any responsibility for the legality of your use of this Platform or any Operator service from your specific location. You access the Platform and any linked Operator service entirely at your own legal risk.

Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as may be mutually agreed. Nothing in this clause limits PKR555's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

PKR555 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

PKR555 may also update its Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy independently. Changes to those documents are governed by the amendment provisions set out within each respective document.
